What we collect

When you join the early-access list, we collect your email address and whether you are a runner or gym representative. The gym enquiry form also asks for your name, gym, role, city, message, and optional phone number and member count.

Why we use it

We use these details to respond to enquiries, share relevant product development updates, and discuss possible pilot opportunities. We do not treat the interactive preview as real health information.

Interactive preview data

Runner test answers, sample sessions, profile details, badges and simulated progress are stored in your browser's local storage. They are not sent with the enquiry forms and can be reset in the preview profile.

Storage and sharing

Enquiries are stored on the website's server-side database. We do not have automated email or CRM forwarding configured. We do not sell these submitted details. Website hosting and service providers may process data for operation and security.

Your choices

Only submit your contact details if you wish to hear from us. You may ask for correction, deletion or opt out through a contact channel provided by VEEYA. We will add a dedicated privacy contact address before public launch.
